Thời gian điện hóa càng tăng hiệu quả xử lý càng cao, Tuy nhiên, khi thời điện hóa tiếp tục tăng lên đến 40 phút thì hiệu quả xử lý có xu hướng giảm xuống. Lý giải cho điều này đó là khi thời gian điện hóa ngắn thì không đủ điều kiện cho các phản ứng oxi hóa khử các chất hữu cơ diễn ra, đồng thời không đủ thời gian hình thành nên nhiều các chất keo tụ dẫn đến hiệu quả xử lý không được cao. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">Phương pháp keo tụ điện hóa kết hợp siêu âm có khả năng xử lý hiệu quả mực in có nồng độ khác nhau lên đến 92% COD và loại bỏ độ màu đến 98% trong một khoảng thời gian ngắn không yêu cầu sử dụng thêm các chất hóa học. Điều kiện tối ưu cho phương pháp: mật độ dòng điện chạy trong điện cực là 0,97 A\/dm<sup style=\"box-sizing:border-box\">2<\/sup>, pH ban đầu của nước thải là 7, thời gian phản ứng là 25 phút và khoảng các giữa các điện cực là 3cm. Khả năng ứng dụng của phương pháp này trong xử lý nước thải mực in và có thể mở rộng cho xử lí các loại nước thải khác.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; phương án bảo vệ môi trường; kế hoạch quản lý môi trường...<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;\">Trong dự thảo Luật, TTHC cấp GPMT được quy định thực hiện trước khi dự án đi vào vận hành thử nghiệm các công trình xử lý chất thải (đối với trường hợp dự án thuộc đối tượng vừa phải thực hiện ĐTM, vừa phải có GPMT) hoặc trước khi thẩm định cấp giấy phép xây dựng đối với trường hợp dự án không phải thực hiện ĐTM. Quy định này bảo đảm các yêu cầu môi trường được xác định rõ ràng trước khi tổ chức, cá nhân tiến hành hoạt động phát thải của dự án, đồng thời, cũng tương thích với quy định của pháp luật về xây dựng nhằm tránh việc các tổ chức, cá nhân phải tiến hành TTHC điều chỉnh giấy phép xây dựng nhiều lần khi phải cải tạo, nâng cấp các công trình để đáp ứng yêu cầu phát thải, bảo vệ môi trường của cơ quan quản lý về môi trường nếu cấp GPMT sau.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;\"><strong>Mọi dự án, cơ sở phát sinh chất thải đều phải có GPMT<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img src=\"\/datafiles\/33335\/upload\/images\/THIET%20BI_1(1).jpg\" style=\"width: 626px; height: 326px;\" \/><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;\">Theo quy định của dự án Luật, mọi dự án, cơ sở sản xuất, kinh doanh, dịch vụ có phát sinh chất thải đều phải có GPMT, trừ một số trường hợp như cơ quan, trường học; dự án, phương án sản xuất, kinh doanh, dịch vụ quy mô nhỏ, ít ảnh hưởng đến môi trường trong giai đoạn thực hiện dự án và không phát sinh chất thải hoặc chỉ phát sinh chất thải thông thường với khối lượng nhỏ được xử lý bằng các công trình, thiết bị xử lý tại chỗ đạt quy chuẩn kỹ thuật môi trường hoặc phát sinh chất thải sinh hoạt được quản lý theo quy định của địa phương...<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;\">Tuy vậy, để tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho các tổ chức, cá nhân khi thực hiện TTHC cấp GPMT, dự án Luật đã thiết kế 2 loại GPMT, gồm: GPMT chi tiết và GPMT đơn giản, phụ thuộc vào quy mô phát thải, loại hình sản xuất, mức độ gây ô nhiễm của dự án, cơ sở sản xuất, kinh doanh, dịch vụ. Tương ứng với đó, thủ tục cấp GPMT cũng quy định theo 2 mức với thành phần hồ sơ, trình tự, thủ tục, cách thức thực hiện, yêu cầu điều kiện... khác nhau. Trong thời hạn 05 ngày làm việc. Cơ quan chuyên môn về bảo vệ môi trường cấp tỉnh nơi triển khai dự án. phải có văn bản thông báo kết quả kiểm tra các công trình xử lý chất thải. Để chủ dự án VHTN; trường hợp không đáp ứng yêu cầu. Thì buộc chủ dự án phải hoàn thành trước khi VHTN.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify; margin-right:0cm; margin-left:0cm\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:"Times New Roman",serif\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:#212529\">– Cơ quan chuyên môn về bảo vệ môi trường cấp tỉnh nơi triển khai dự án chủ trì. phối hợp với chủ dự án để kiểm tra việc VHTN các công trình xử lý chất thải của dự án trong trường hợp cần thiết.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify; margin-right:0cm; margin-left:0cm\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family:"Times New Roman",serif\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"color:#212529\">– Trong thời hạn 05 ngày làm việc. Kể từ ngày kết thúc việc VHTN. Cơ quan chuyên môn về bảo vệ môi trường cấp tỉnh nơi triển khai dự án. Có văn bản thông báo kết quả kiểm tra việc VHTN các công trình xử lý chất thải của dự án.
